Who operates this site
McHenry Well Connect is operated by H9K Systems LLC, 2636 Fairway Ave., Montrose, CA 91020. This is our operator mailing address, not a local McHenry repair office.
Current service
We accept inquiries and offer 15-minute phone callbacks with Ken. Participating independent contractors may handle requests, subject to confirmation of location, credentials and availability. A booking reserves a conversation, not a contractor appointment or repair visit.
Independent providers
H9K Systems LLC does not perform well drilling, equipment diagnosis, pump repairs or emergency dispatch. We do not guarantee a provider match, availability, response time, pricing or service outcome. Any contractor service is subject to your separate agreement with that provider. You choose whether to proceed and should verify credentials, insurance, scope and prices directly.
Urgent concerns
This website and callback service are not monitored as an emergency service. Contact a qualified contractor directly for urgent repair needs. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Current status: SMS is paused. We follow up by phone or email and are not collecting new SMS opt-ins. The following messaging terms apply only if the service is activated in the future with a separate opt-in.
SMS Terms: McHenry Well Connect
H9K Systems LLC operates the McHenry Well Connect customer-care messaging program. By checking the optional SMS consent box and submitting the inquiry form, you agree to receive automated messages at your supplied number about your inquiry, callback booking, confirmations and reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase, requesting assistance or submitting the form. We do not send unrelated promotional messages under this consent.
Message frequency varies with your request and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; you may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which further program messages stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email [email protected], or call (815) 597-0726.
Provide a number you control and notify us if it changes. Message delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is not an emergency service. A scheduled callback is a conversation with Ken, not a confirmed contractor repair visit. SMS consent is not transferred to contractors.
