Information you provide
When you submit a request, call, email or book a callback, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, appointment details, town or ZIP code and the description of your well concern. We use these details to respond, manage callbacks and maintain inquiry records.
Calls and appointments
Our automated backup assistant discloses recording and transcription and asks for your agreement to continue. If you do not agree, end the call and contact [email protected]. Booking and phone services use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector; appointment information may sync to our business Google Calendar. Calls may be forwarded through Zoom. These providers process information to deliver their services.
Website hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs for delivery and security. Our inquiry form sends your contact details, town, water source, service concern, urgency, consent and submission metadata through Cloudflare to GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for inquiry management. It may retain referral and campaign parameters supplied with the page URL. With your permission, Google Analytics measures page views and interactions, including traffic sources, using cookies and similar identifiers. Analytics is optional and does not receive the name, phone number or service details submitted in our inquiry form. You may change your choice through Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. The external booking service has its own cookies and privacy practices.
Contractor introductions and messages
We may consider an introduction to an independent contractor; provider coverage and availability must be confirmed for each request. We obtain permission before sharing your inquiry with an identified independent contractor for a future introduction. Booking a callback is not consent to unrelated marketing or the sale or transfer of SMS consent. SMS messages are sent only after a separate, optional SMS opt-in and after messaging service activation.
Current status: SMS is paused. We follow up by phone or email and are not collecting new SMS opt-ins. The following messaging terms apply only if the service is activated in the future with a separate opt-in.
SMS consent and privacy
If you select the optional SMS checkbox and submit your request, H9K Systems LLC may send automated texts under the McHenry Well Connect name about your inquiry, callback booking, confirmations and reminders. We record your choice, phone number, submission time, source page and consent disclosure version to document permission. Leaving the box unchecked does not prevent submitting your request.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with contractors or other third parties for their own messaging. We may disclose information to messaging service providers solely to deliver and administer our messages, or as required by law. A contractor introduction does not transfer your SMS consent.

Retention and your requests
We keep inquiry records as needed to handle requests, administer the service and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Please avoid sending sensitive documents or payment information.
