Information you provide
When you call, email or book a callback, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, appointment details, town or ZIP code and the description of your well concern. We use these details to respond, manage callbacks and maintain inquiry records.
Calls and appointments
Our automated backup assistant discloses recording and transcription and asks for your agreement to continue. If you do not agree, end the call and contact [email protected]. Booking and phone services use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector; appointment information may sync to our business Google Calendar. Calls may be forwarded through Zoom. These providers process information to deliver their services.
Website hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs for delivery and security. This static website does not include advertising trackers or a local inquiry form. The external booking service has its own cookies and privacy practices.
Contractor introductions and messages
Contractor coverage is still being arranged. We obtain permission before sharing your inquiry with an identified independent contractor for a future introduction. Booking a callback is not consent to unrelated marketing or the sale or transfer of SMS consent. Automated SMS follow-up is not currently enabled.
Retention and your requests
We keep inquiry records as needed to handle requests, administer the service and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Please avoid sending sensitive documents or payment information.
